The Crayola Factory Experience: Tips for Visiting with a Toddler and a Baby

Life with a toddler or preschooler becomes even more interesting when you throw a baby into the mix. Our two little girls are a blessing for sure, but sometimes it gets a little tricky navigating various attractions and activities with both in tow. Crayola Experience worked out great when my mom and sister came along, but I was a little intimidated to do the trek to Crayola Factory (Easton PA) with the two littles by myself. When none of my friends or family could join us, I still decided to take the girls one weekend while my husband was golfing. It ended up being a really great, fun, and creative — but totally exhausting — day. Here’s everything I can share to help you have a successful trip!

Frozen Birthday Party Food Ideas

How is she four already?! But she is. And I’m finally getting around to posting some pictures and ideas from the party. This year had Natalie wavering between a “daisy birthday” and an Elsa birthday party. I tried to figure out if Daisy = the duck or the flower, and since we had a Minnie party last year, I sort of steered her in the direction of a Frozen birthday party theme.

50 Cheap & Easy Meals (Lunch or Dinner) If You Didn’t Win the Lottery Last Night

If you’re reading this, you’re in the same boat as we are… certainly not sitting on your own personal island, sipping tropical drinks, and eating an endless buffet of Filet Mignon, lobster tail, crab, and just about every delicious food you can imagine, without having to choose just one. Nope, we didn’t win the Powerball Jackpot either, and I’ve decided to spend my time writing instead of making dinner. I guess we’ll figure out something when I get to it, but I can tell you, it definitely won’t be steak and seafood or a several course Italian meal. Instead I’ve been thinking of different budget-friendly, kid-friendly meals for all of those of us who didn’t win the Powerball Jackpot last night.
